Samantha Sweeney, Office Manager

Samantha is dedicated to making sure our patients have an exceptional experience from the second they decide to make our office their dental home! Samantha spends her days working hard to make sure our team is providing outstanding care for our patients, as well as making sure their dedication is beyond appreciated. Samantha was born in Fort Worth, TX and moved to the Houston area in 2014. She has been with Care for Kids Pediatric Dentistry since they opened in August of 2016.

Samantha's greatest joy in life is being a mother to two amazing boys, Kadin and T.J. Outside of work you can find Samantha enjoying the outdoors with her family, on the football field, or working up a sweat at Camp Gladiator. Samantha loves helping people! Samantha shares “ I don't get the opportunity to put smiles on the little’s faces but the satisfaction of watching our staff do it every day truly makes me smile and is what keeps me at Care For Kids! What we provide, many do not have the opportunity to experience elsewhere!”

Sarah Bailey, RDA, Clinical Director

Sarah has always had a love for dentistry. She finds everything about dentistry fascinating and has since the second grade; in the second grade she even dressed up as a dentist for career day! Sarah chose pediatrics because she loves to educate the young minds of the importance of dental hygiene. Sarah was born in Alton, IL and raised in Sullivan, MO. She moved to the Houston area in 2016 with her husband, Alex. In Sarah’s free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, Yadi (named after a St. Louis Cardinals baseball player). When asked what the most rewarding thing about being in pediatrics is, Sarah responded with, “seeing our patients’ smiling faces on a daily basis!”

Vilma Ramon, RDH, Lead Hygienist

Vilma has been with Care for Kids Pediatric Dentistry almost since day one. She has developed a strong and lasting relationship with so many of our young patients. Her professionalism and passion for patient care exemplify what Care for Kids Pediatric Dentistry is all about. Vilma attended Lamar Institute of Technology in Beaumont, Texas where she received her Dental Hygiene License. Vilma was born in Cleburne, Texas but has called Houston, Texas home since 1990. Vilma is married to her husband Rick and together they have a beautiful daughter named Rikki. In Vilma’s spare time you can find her at the softball fields cheering her daughter on or spending time with Rick and Rikki doing family things.
